Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may require prepayment to book future appointments.
SALON POLICIES:
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
No extra guests or children allowed.
Lash Fill Policy: Fills are only applicable if at least 50% of lash extensions remain. If less than 50% of lashes are present at your appointment, the service will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and a $25 late fee will be charged.
